  • Please open the box as soon as you receive it and keep all products in the freezer until consumption.
  • Order processing will take 1-2 days.
  • Ship out will be Monday through Thursday except Federal Holidays No ship out on Fridays.

FAQ

What other ingredients do I need to have a DYI Sushi party at home?
Sushi rice (short grain rice is recommended but medium grain would work just fine. Please do not use long grain rice!) , pre-made Sushi vinegar, and wasabi are recommended. These are accessible in Asian section of lot of major grocery stores. Also, fresh vegetables such as Avocados and cucumbers would be fun to add!

How do I make sushi rice?
Mix 5 tbsp of Sushi Seasoning vinegar with 2 cups of cooked rice. Add more if desire. Tip is to add Sushi Seasoning Vinegar while rice is hot!

What is the shelf life for items I received?
Please keep all items frozen until you are ready to consume. Once it is thawed, please consume within a day. Please do not refreeze items that are thawed.

How do I thaw frozen items?
It is recommended to thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Before starting thawing process, please carefully puncture vacuum packs. (Please do not thaw in refrigerator with vacuum seal intact)

Can I modify items that in the kits?
To provide the best value, we are unable to substitute any items in the box.

Can I get some of the items in the kit in bulk?
Please contact us.

What if no one is home when UPS makes the delivery?
All food packages are shipped via FedEx/UPS overnight.
A Driver Release is put on all packages so that they may be left at the door.
If delivering to a multi-unit building, the driver may require someone be present to receive the package in person.
Please plan and order accordingly.

Can you call me or my recipient to let us know the package will be arriving soon?
Unfortunately, Manabe & Co does not have direct contact with FedEx drivers, though we do request a contact phone number that can be used in
case the driver has issues delivering your package. We will provide you the FedEx/UPS tracking number upon ship-out for your convinience.
