Shipping Details
- All orders will be shipped vi FedEx/UPS Next Day service.
- Please open the box as soon as you receive it and keep all products in the freezer until consumption.
- Order processing will take 1-2 days.
- Ship out will be Monday through Thursday except Federal Holidays No ship out on Fridays.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship within USA with some restrictions .
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii vary in availability.
Please contact us to ensure it is deliverable via FedEx before placing an order.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. Territories and Protectorates (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands)
Return Policy
Refunds are issued on damaged products only.
Please send us pictures of damaged to product with time stamp to info@manabe-and-co.com.
Upon review, we’ll refund or replace your product.
We cannot accept returns due to shipping of perishable products.
